As investors many go through the same emotions, however what is important is when there is an opportunity and if she still feels low it is better to invest in staggered manner across equity and debt. Even if she does not achieve the target but she can reach closer to the target.

Sometimes it happens with each one of us that no matter how much we are determined to achieve any target, on our way to it we feel low, get the feeling of leaving it midway. I went through the same emotions today. It’s been almost six months since I started running 10 Kms regularly. In between I was off running due to a minor surgery I had. Recently I started running again and trying to cover 8-10 Kms every day. Now with monsoon being picking up and I am not a gym person and love to run in open, it would be a very big challenge for me therefore I try to run/walk maximum at the first available opportunity. Today was no different, however as I said above though I was determined but was feeling low as well.

As soon as I opened my running app, I decided to complete the run-in parts i.e. I set my first target at 2.5 Kms and clocked it in 17 minutes and this gave me encouragement to run another 2.5 Kms and this time the timing was 15 minutes. After this started drizzling then I changed the route, walked for one km and ran for another one km. When you feel low break the monotony, for example change the route, increase/decrease the speed, take short break, hydrate etc. This helps to rejuvenate.
